Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related area
- At least 5 years in banking, microfinance or deposit mobilisation (2 years supervisory)
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, operations, deposit product and systems development, and risk management
- Strong leadership, people management and analytical skills
- Familiarity with banking software, preferably T24
- Knowledge of MSME markets in Tanzania
